Cassa Grove Holdings, a joint venture between Miami-based MEC Development Associates, B Developments and New York-based Abington Properties, announced Cassa Grove, a 116-unit luxury rental project located in the Gateway of Coconut Grove. This unique and elegant project is transit oriented, immediately adjacent to the Coconut Grove MetroRail station, and in a prime location for people who truly appreciate the urban paradise setting that centrally located area has to offer. Cassa Grove Holdings filed for a hearing before the City of Miami Urban Development Review Board and will be on the October 5th UDRB meeting agenda.
Construction on the project is slated to commence in spring 2017, with completion in fall 2018.
