Transit-Oriented Luxury Apartment Building Coming To Coconut Grove Station

Cassa Grove Holdings, a joint venture between Miami-based MEC Development Associates, B Developments and New York-based Abington Properties, announced Cassa Grove, a 116-unit luxury rental project located in the Gateway of Coconut Grove. This unique and elegant project is transit oriented, immediately adjacent to the Coconut Grove MetroRail station, and in a prime location for people who truly appreciate the urban paradise setting that centrally located area has to offer. Cassa Grove Holdings filed for a hearing before the City of Miami Urban Development Review Board and will be on the October 5^th UDRB meeting agenda.

Construction on the project is slated to commence in spring 2017, with completion in fall 2018.
