SH Hotel & Resorts has leased 5,800 square feet on the fifth floor of Bayview Executive Plaza, in Coconut Grove.. The decision to move its headquarters from Los Angeles to Miami was made last year in order to be closer to 1 Hotel South Beach and the substantially completed headquarters of SH Hotels’ parent company, Starwood Capital Group, a private investment firm with $120 billion under management.
