Leasing Begins At Coconut Grove\’s Bayshore Grove

Leasing has begun for Bayshore Grove, a 98-unit rental development in Coconut Grove. Located at 2655 South Bayshore Drive, this project offers 16 different floor plans with monthly rates that start at $1,950 for one-bedrooms and $2,950 for two-bedrooms.

The rentals feature \”hardwood-style flooring,\” granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large balconies. Amenities include a canopied deck with grills, an outdoor pool, and clubhouse. There is also a gym, bike storage, and covered parking.

According to a press release, Miami-based development firm Terra is currently renovating all of Bayshore Grove\’s units along with the building\’s common area amenity spaces. The renovation is slated to complete in August with move-ins by early September.
